How will
SplashTT
make recruiting easier?
This website is your portal to Trinidad and Tobago's job pool. Not only can
you advertise your company and your positions to a wider audience but you will
have the ability to search for candidates in a more cost effective manner.
How can I advertise jobs?
Once you create an account you will have the ability to upload
and pay for job adverts. This is done by clicking the Upload Jobs link on your
homepage when you login.
How do I pay for job adverts?
When you create an account you will have the option of
purchasing either a time-based contract (over 3, 6 or 12 months) which allows
unlimited jobs to be uploaded for 60 days at a time or Job Credits where you
can purchase 10, 20 or 50 jobs and use them as you go.
How can I search potential candidates?
Once you have created an account you can login and select one
of our prepaid options whereby you by various amounts of 'views' (100, 400 or
900). Once paid for you are entitled to view as many candidate resumes until
the credits have been exhausted. You can search for resumes on the Search for
Jobseeker link when you log in.
How do we create an account?
Go to the Recruiter page ( www.splashTrinidad and Tobago.com/recruiters
) and click on the orange "Create Account" link below the appropriate login
box.
How long will job adverts stay on the site for?
Single job adverts will stay on the site for a maximum of 28
days. If you have bought 3, 6 or 12 month contracts you are entitled to post
jobs which will also stay on the site for 60 days.
How can candidates contact us?
You will be asked to provide a suitable contact detail with
each job advert so that the jobseekers have a single contact point at your
company.

How do I know my online order has been successful?
You will recieve a confirmation email, detailing order details. Once your order
is complete and acknowledged you can begin using employer services. If no email
is received please contact Splash at info@splashTrinidad and Tobago.com

all queries will be dealt with within 24 hours of first contact.
How can I be sure online transactions are safe?
All transactions on
SplashTT
are performed in a secure (https) environment. Our secure-server software
encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number
and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and
converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the
internet. All transactions are supported by Verisign.
